At Lost Winds, we believe that the perfect cup of coffee can enhance any special event! Whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering or birthday party, our fully-operating espresso bar on wheels is here to bring the coffee shop experience to you!

The name Lost Winds comes from Christina’s favorite beach in her hometown. While brainstorming names one night, she looked over and saw an old beach sign with the name “Lost Winds” on it and instantly knew that would be the name! Our business exists to travel to you as the wind takes us. Because we have no home base, we want to do everything we can to treat your special event as our home, joyfully serving you a quality coffee experience.

Meet the Team

Husband and wife duo, Christina and Blake, along with their newest barista, Berkley, are excited to serve you espresso at your next big event!

After meeting working at a local coffee shop together while attending Baylor University, Blake and Christina missed the coffee industry and decided to open Lost Winds Coffee together!

    After Christina’s freshman year of college, she interred on a coffee farm in Hawaii to learn how coffee goes from farm to cup (shoutout Mountain Thunder (Link to MT.com)) ! A few years later, she met her husband, Blake, while working at a coffee shop in our college town (shoutout Common Grounds (Link to CG.com))! After graduating and moving to Dallas, she realized how much she missed the coffee industry. Thus, Lost Winds Coffee was born in 2023 as a fun way to stay connected to all things coffee! Every day that she gets to do this feels like a dream!

    Blake attended Baylor University, where he majored in Risk Management and Human Resources. His Senior year, he started working at a coffee shop for fun, where he ended up meeting his wife, Christina! After graduation, Blake and Christina moved to Dallas where he earned his Maters in Business Administration. When Christina started Lost Winds, it was only natural for Blake to put his business skills to use and help her with the backend of the business. Having experience as both a barista and in business, he is a valuable asset to Lost Winds Coffee!

    Berkley is Blake’s sister and Christina’s sister-in-law/best friend! Something about Berkley is that she always has a smile on her face and is ready to help! For larger events, Berkley jumps alongside Blake and Christina to help! Her personality embodies everything Lost Winds stands for - joy, servant-heartedness and enthusiasm! Lost Winds is lucky to have her a part of the team!
